As we face an uncertain 2020-21 school year, we at Pets in the Classroom have been thinking of ways we can support you teachers. We’ve come up with an idea, and we hope it will provide some virtual learning help, as well as a little extra money for your classroom!
We are so excited to announce our Virtual Learning Lesson Exchange! In an effort to share virtual lessons with teachers, Pets in the Classroom is asking teachers to submit video lessons that center on your classroom pet. The first 40 entries submitted and selected for publishing will receive a $50 gift card, with one entry receiving a $500 gift card!
Beginning August 1st, Pets in the Classroom will be accepting submissions for video lesson plans geared toward students that feature the classroom pet. All approved submissions submitted by September 1st will be reviewed by a committee of judges with one video being selected to receive a $500 gift card! These approved submissions will be placed on our website and will be available for teachers to use in their classroom instruction, or to share with students and parents for virtual learning instruction.
