We review receipts in batches the first of each month. If you submit after the first of a month, it will not be reviewed until the following month. Example: You submit a receipt on September 2nd, it will not be reviewed and processed until October 1st. After approval then it can take 8 weeks or more to get your reimbursement electronically. If you do not want electronic reimbursement, it can take 12 or more weeks to get you check in the mail.

During peak program times, it may take slightly longer to receive your check due to the volume of reimbursements coming in. If you do not receive your reimbursement after 12 weeks, please reach out to info@petsintheclassroom.org.
