Any rebate or sustain grant awarded between August 1^st and October 31^st will have a due date of December 31^st   We have established this due date so that all reimbursement paperwork does not arrive at the end of the school year. If you do not get your reimbursement paperwork in by this date, we will still except it.  The FINAL Expiration date of June 30^th is the last date to have all reimbursement paperwork post marked to our office for the current school year.
