Permission to Use Image and/or Voice for the Pets in the Classroom grant program
I grant to the Pets in the Classroom grant program, its representatives and employees, the right to use the identified photographs and video. By granting us permission, I am allowing the Pets in the Classroom grant program permission to use the media on all platforms in perpetuity.
By agreeing to let us use this media, I hereby acknowledge that I grant permission and license to the Pets in the Classroom grant program to post photos and videos using my voice and/or image in perpetuity on their website, their associated websites, and any other printed media. I agree that the Pets in the Classroom grant program may use such photo or video of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as social media, publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
This permission and license is granted notwithstanding any other licensing or content agreement I have with any other party either now or in the future.
